  Would have been a 5 if service was better.
  
  Food was fresh and well prepared (fresh catch of mongchong, and mahi).
  
  Server did not check in on us until we find finished our plates. He also did not know which plates had dairy.
  
  We would go back.

  The service was poor. We had to ask our server to fill up our water glasses even when they were close to empty. No one asked if we would like more wine and then I had to ask about getting a desert menu. After waiting for close to 15 minutes I gave up and sent my family to the car. I then caught the server and asked for the bill. The manager came over and asked how the service was and I politely told him that it was poor. He said that was unfortunate and proceeded to tell me that we had a new server. We weren't looking for compensation nor any complementary food or beverages. We were looking for a sincere apology with out an excuse. Perhaps the manager could have asked what they could have done to be better rather than an excuse of why what had happened.
