Hau tree features elevated Latin American inspired eats. Open air dining, open kitchen, fast serving. Easy transition from beach to dining & back again. Grapefruit mojito for a new twist on an ol' favorite. December 6th- Didn't get my order right at dinner though- I added fish to my salad but saw no fish! Instead of redoing it, they sent the fish on a side plate but I was already done with the greens! Defeated the purpose of having 1 cohesive dish. It left me feeling cheated of the experience I was craving. For bars with sand...
